At the sixth gala presentation of the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, Merchant Warehouse garnered three awards for its innovative industry leadership in merchant account services and payment processing solutions. The event, hosted at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on February 24, saw Merchant Warehouse pick up the gold for Online Sales Team of the Year, as well as two bronze recognitions for Inbound Marketing Program of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year.

Merchant Warehouse’s gold winning sales team achieved a more than 20 percent increase in its close rate for marketing leads from online sources form April 2011, and also pushed the average value of an account up by more than 40 percent. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the top sales, contact center, and customer service awards in the world. Stevie Awards also organizes other leading business awards events including the International Business Awards and the American Business Awards. This year, more than 1,000 entries were submitted for the Sales & Customer Service recognitions, from a wide variety of industries and organizations of varying sizes. The level of nominees was 30 percent greater than those submitted in 2011.
