Touch-Pay: Once you've signed up, all it takes is five easy steps to process a credit card with your
touch-tone phone: STEP 1.
Call toll-free 800 number (will be
provided) from any touch-tone, portable or cellular phone.
STEP 2. At the prompt, key in your assigned
merchant number.
STEP 3.
Enter your customer’s credit card information using the phone keypad.
STEP 4. Write the approval number for
reference purposes.
STEP 5. Hang up—your done! The funds will be automatically transmitted to your bank account.
For Wireless
Terminal:
Simply swipe the card
into the wireless terminal and you're done (similar to a standard
retail terminal). As you can see wireless terminals are more
expensive to setup but do come with lower Discount Rate percentages
and offer quicker processing times. We only recommend wireless
terminals for higher volume merchants.
