After 5 years and over m in business with this company, here are my ratings for Cardservice International of Agoura Hills, Calif.:

1. Poor (rude, arrogant, obnoxious) customer service.
2. Poor pricing.
3. Hidden charges
4. Lack of clear policies: refused, on multiple occasions, to provide explanation, guidelines, policies, regulations pertaining to specific actions on their part (chargebacks)
5. Statements that are impossible to read and reconcile, purposedly designed so.

We are of course looking for a different merchant processor.

Customer Service is the worst! You may get your money within 30 days. You can count on your terminal beeing down 90% of the time. Don't waste your time with idiots.

Do not ever use Card Service International. Their latest scam is to approve all accounts. Once they approve you, they can and will at any time cancel your processing and freeze any funds you have pending in 48 hour window regardless of the fact that you have been approved and processing. Even after providing all required proof of shipments of products, they refuse to release funds for 180 stating the usual chargeback risk bullshit. DO NOT USE THEM, you risk loss of alot of money and they have no regard for stopping your processing at any time.

2 YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY! 2 YEARS WITH COMPANY WHO PAID ME! NEVER 1 CHARGE BACK!!! NOT ONE!!! THEY HAVE AND ARE STILL HOLDING OVER $12,000 OF MY MONEY. CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO NOTICE OR WARNING, STILL APPROVED TRANSACTIONS AND HELD THAT MONEY TOO!!! AND 2 MONTHS AFTER THEY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MONTHLY FEE!!!! I CANT WAIT FOR MY DAY IN COURT WITH THESE COCKROACHES! IT WILL NOT BE $12,000 IN THE LAWSUITE! WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITE AGAINST THESE S.O.B'S. ALMOST BANKRUPTED MY COMPANY! THEY WILL PAY AND PAY DEARLY! MY ATTORNEY IS A GRADE A B!TCH OUT FOR BLOOD AND SHE WILL GET HER POUND OF FLESH AND A COUPLE POUNDS FOR ME! ANYONE ELSE WANTS IN EMAIL ME PLEASE! THEY ACTUALLY THINK THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP MY MONEY! HUNG UP ON MY ATTORNEY! MAN WAS SHE P!SSED!!!! LIVE AND LEARN! I HAVE FULL DOCUMENTATION ON THIS AS WELL AS RECORDED PHONE CALLS! MY BUYERS BANK HAS CONTACTED THEM 4 TIMES AND TOLD THEM TO RELEASE THE MONEY AND THEY REFUSE! THEY COLLECTED THE TRANSACTION FEE OF OVER $300 FOR THE TRANSACTION! BUT NEVER SENT ME A PENNY OF THE MONEY! I MAY BE WRONG, BUT A TRANSACTION IS A TRADE OF MONEY FOR GOODS OR SERVICES. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THIS TRANSACTION AND NOT DELIVERED THE GOODS OR SERVICES. IN MY BOOK THAT IS FRAUD! ALL OF THIS AFTER PAYING THESE BLOOD SUCKING LEACHES THOUSANDS IN TRANSACTION FEE'S OVER 2 YEARS! ALL I KNOW IS I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MYSELF FOR 21 YEARS AND IF I DID SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO EVEN ONE CUSTOMER.....I WOULD BE GONE AND SITTING IN JAIL FOR THEFT AND FRAUD.MMMMMMMMMMMMMM THANKS JIM R.

asked for my account to be cancelled a day after I opened it and realized it was just a game. Company continues to charge me for pretend chargebacks and turned me into the a credit bureau for refusing to give in to their extortion. Ruined my credit. These people belong in prison. Don’t believe me then check out thei BBB ratings 326 complaints in the last 36 months and still climbing.

do not use card services, they lie. They said no cancelation fee if i change my account and keep it for half a year. Then they charged me a cancelation fee.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS--Intentionally hidden fees, rude and arrogant, outsourced tech support to India, they are especially likely to rip you off if youre a small to medium sized business--they think they can get away with it since we have neither the time, nor resources to drag their sorry carcasses into court. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!
