Cardholder Security
Statement Required
February 14, 2002: If
you are accepting credit card orders via your
website you must have a security statement
explaining that your cardholder information is
protected and will not be sold or otherwise
shared. Visa is spot checking web sites for
compliance with this rule, and fining offenders.
